Your Daily Scoop:
As a Häagen-Dazs Team Member, you'll get to:
- Craft Delectable Desserts: Create mouth-watering ice cream scoops, dazzling Dazzlers, shakes, smoothies, and cakes that leave our guests craving more.
- Be the Friendly Face: Operate the point-of-sale register with a smile, process orders efficiently, and handle payments with ease.
- Keep It Sparkling: Ensure our customer areas, production spaces, and storage rooms are always clean and inviting.
- Stock Up: Prepare and replenish our delicious ingredients so we're always ready to serve.

What We Need From You:
Availability:
Flexible Hours: Day shift hours primarily but be ready to work nights and weekends as needed.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ice Cream Ambassador: Know and describe the delicious features of Häagen-Dazs products to our guests.
- Recipe Master: Be familiar with all our menu recipes and follow them to the letter.
- Precision Serving: Weigh ingredients accurately and serve with precision.
- Scooping Pro: Master the perfect ice cream scooping technique.
Personal Conduct:
- Neat & Tidy: Maintain a polished and clean appearance.
- Punctuality: Show up on time, every time, wearing your complete uniform.
- Guest Relations: Be courteous, attentive, and always put our guests first.
Teamwork and Customer Service:
