As Assistant Manager, some of your core activities will include:
- Taking full responsibility that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met.
- Marketing the shop effectively in the surrounding areas.
- Providing necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions.
- Maximizing bottom line by increasing sales and controlling costs.
Requirements:
- Full availability to work on weekends and evenings.
- 2 yrs prior management experience.
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
- Know how to manage schedules.
- Be able to handle several competing tasks at once.
- Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
- Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures.
